Please tell us your name and profession.
Hi, I’m Huda! I work for LUÜNA Naturals handling marketing/partnerships in Singapore.
Describe your job/business/brand in your own words.
LUÜNA Naturals is the social impact period care company led by women, we aim to make periods better for our bodies, our planet, and our sisters in need. I have been using the menstrual cup for 1.5 years now and was onboarded as part of LUÜNA’s leaders program, fell in love, and am now working for the brand!

What do you love most about your work?
Having been a leader advocating for the brand and products first, I love the social impact pillar of the most. On top of having great products, we also donate to those in need through our period collective. I truly believe that everyone should have access to healthy period care, especially if it’s not easily accessible to them.
What are some of the challenges you have faced in your work and how did you overcome them?
Where do I begin? Working for a period care company, I get so many questions on what I do and why I do it. Moving on to menstrual cups, once they find out how it is used they have even more questions. I take these questions as a challenge, to change up conversations on feminine wellness and be a safe space for people to ask any questions they have on their mind.
Share some words of encouragement/motivation/wisdom for other women!
I’m still so young but I believe I have learnt so much in the past few years. Having open and honest conversations is the first step to understanding yourself and your body. When you are comfortable with yourself, you’ll 100% be comfortable with others.
What is your self-love routine?
For daily self-love, I make sure to have time to decompress the day through mindfulness or yoga – I love Yin the most for self-love. Once a week, I take a long soak in the bathtub with a mask and a nice drink in hand.
